A VR action game about a modern-day mage who casts spells with martial-arts.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinated the on-boarding and roll-off of all team members including externals/contract workers
- Reorganized art and audio teams to document and keep track of development statuses of different assets
- Utilized waterfall and kanban scheduling methods to organize the art and audio pipeline
- Reorganized weekly art and audio meetings to facilitate communication and give reviews to external artists
